Is our fund required to report to the De Nederlandsche Bank?

When you offer your fund in The Netherlands you have the duty by law to register your fund with De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB). Also if you are a non-regulated (non-Wft) fund you still have this duty. After registration DNB will confirm which reporting requirement you have to comply with. As it is not always communicated by the authorities this duty might be not well known.
Autoriteit Financiƫle Markten (AFM) is the other financial authority in The Netherlands but DNB is responsible for safeguarding financial stability.
As fund administrator we are registered with DNB as a reporting agent. If we administrate your fund we will therefore register your fund at startup and report regularly to DNB.
